On Oct.21, Mr. Bai Lichen, Vice Chairman of CPPCC, met with Latin American and Caribbean dignitaries present at the 4th China-LAC Business Summit in Chengdu. Over 10 political leaders from Latin America, including Mr. Luis Alberto Moreno, President of IDB, Ms. Anabel González Campabadal，Minister of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica, Mr. Ariel Esteban Schale, Deputy State Secretary of Argentina, Mr. Oscar Ivan Zuluaga, Former Minister of Finance and Public Credit of Colombia, and 13 Latin American and Caribbean ambassadors to China attended the meeting.

Mr. Ma Delun, Vice Governor of People’s Bank of China, Mr. Yan Yonghe, Executive Vice Chairman of Sichuan CPPCC, Mr. Yu Ping, Vice Chairman of CCPIT, Mr. Yang Wanming, Director-General of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms, Xu Yingzhen, Deputy Director-General of Ministry of Commerce, Mr. Yu Jianlong, Secretary General of CIETAC, Mr, Gao Xiqing, General Manager of China Investment Corporation, Mr. Li Jiping, Vice Governor of China Development Bank, Mr. Jiang Yafei, Senior Vice President of Huawei were also present at the meeting.
