Notes about Visa Invitation Letter

Qualified foreigners from certain countries may be exempt from applying for visas based on the visa exemption agreements signed by the Chinese government with the governments of other countries. Please refer to the attached mutual visa exemption list for detailed information. Participants who are not exempted from visa are strongly advised to apply early to the embassies, consulates, or other visa-issuing authorities of the People's Republic of China accredited to or stationed in the respective countries with the visa invitation letter provided by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. If you would like to apply for the visa invitation letter, please fill out the following information form and send the copy of pictured front page of participant's passport to  guoxiaojuan@ccoic.cn or liushijian@ccoic.cn .
